Taking Charge of Your Health From 18 to 55

 Our bodies change during the course of life in ways that can affect our health. As we enter our middle years, it's critical that we take proactive measures to preserve our wellbeing. We'll look at health advice and techniques in this post for every decade between 18 and 55.

11. You owe it to yourself to become wealthy; wealth, not time, makes life simpler. 

12. Change your life by developing consistency and self-discipline.
