Step 2: Using Gmail Offline

After activating Gmail Offline Mode, follow these steps to access and utilize it without being connected to the internet:

Open Gmail: All you need to do is visit mail. google. Start your browser (Google Chrome is preferred).

Read Emails: You can read your stored emails, as well as when you are connected online.

New Emails: Choose "Compose" to write emails. They aren’t going to be sent right away; they are stored in the Outbox and are sent automatically once you're online again.

Search Emails: Stored emails can be searched. The catch is that, only the emails that fall under the sync range (7, 30, or 90 days) will be available.

Delete or Organize Emails: Create folders and sort emails into those folders or delete the unwanted messages. Your edits will sync when you get back online.

Step 3: Turn Off Gmail Offline Mode (If Required)

  • Settings in Gmail → Click gear icon → "View all settings."
  • Go to the “Offline” Tab.
